and I thought that was strange/unreliable. I think I felt this way because I did not need to reinstall drivers from the manufacturer. I do not 100% recall, but I am pretty sure when I tried using the recovery method, I had good reason to believe the system was not fully wiped. If you use the windows 10 recovery method to reinstall, you should not need to re-enter your product license key code.
