The fifth album by Pink Floyd, and my God what a step up from the prior two! This is my third favorite Pink Floyd album, and four of the five songs are bloody amazing! The only one I think is just great is “Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfast”, yes I like it judge me.
The songs recorded in the studio on the other hand can range from okay to just bad for me, especially “The Grand Vizier’s Garden Party (all three parts)”, this one is definitely getting a 67.9 out of 100%(D+), just skip it. I personally like the live stuff for the most part, but it is very rough and sparse in my opinion but it ranges from good to okay. The fourth studio album and first live album by Pink Floyd, and this is what I consider the lowest out of all the early years albums.
